How does billing work?
Checkout, invoicing and tax are handled by our reseller Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all orders. Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of purchase. For a Baseline MRI, the refund window also ends once the Baseline report is delivered. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
